Detailed description of project
The project involves the development of a tablet animation game and an integrated application for collecting biometric data through wearable smart devices in order to enable remote diagnosis of children with disability in the context of communication deficiencies (ADHD, autism). Specifically, the nature of the project involves the collection of background data for children as well as their family ecosystem, and the responses they give while playing an animation game and wearing IoT smart watches and bands. The data collected are stored and analysed and measured against indicators set as a result of deploying the overall solution to a vast amount of population. These indicators suggest thresholds that may provide indication for speech and communication deficiencies. Once data is collected, then online assessment by clinicians can be derived and shared to the interested parties.
