Sotiris has originally a background in computer science. He has a relatively long experience in machine learning, computer vision, and in complex networks. He holds an MSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Applied Mathematics, and a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering. Formerly, he has worked as a research assistant in EU-funded research programs. He values keeping current with the latest state-of-the-art but also older theory and enjoys building computational methods around ML/CV problems. Concurrently, he likes to code.
